This is an implementation of AccumulatedRandomWalk by Sunir Shah. It determines which pages are "central" to the database. Essentially, it takes a large number of random walks around the page database to determine which pages are most likely to be encounted. It actually traverses back links because a typical reader is likely to want to move forward from the centre, not to it.
